From forty year old vines, planted over grey marl which is littered with oyster shells, this is always the first parcel of Chardonnay Nico harvests, producing a wine of incredible verve. Pressed directly to old barrels for two years of élevage, it displays tightrope balance and deep, mineral complexity.
