Savagnin from a thirty year old parcel planted over clay and marl in Arbois. The grapes were pressed directly to old barriques for three years of élevage, with the wine spending half a year sous voile. From a cool, classic vintage, time has rendered a wine of great material and incredible tension, with layers of citrus, minerals and spice that suggest a long life ahead.
