Pinot Noir from young vines planted over grey marl and limestone, facing east. The grapes fermented as whole bunches for five days, before a manual press to vats for two years of rest. This cooler vintage has produced a lithe, fragrant expression of the grape, with pretty aromas of cherry, violet, and earth taking centre stage.
