This gorgeous Pinot Noir comes from an old vineyard planted over limestone in Augea. Here the grapes are fermented as whole bunches for a fortnight before being pressed to old barrels of a year of elévage. A warmer vintage has rendered a savoury, spiced take on Jurassic Pinot that whilst delicious now, will age beautifully over the coming years.
