Poulsard from thirty five year old vines planted over marl in the Arbois lieu-dit of ‘En Chamblin’. The grapes were destemmed by hand and macerated gently for three months, before being pressed off to vats for eighteen months’ rest in demi-muids. Reflecting this classic vintage, it pours brick-red in the glass, offering varietal notes of red berries, blood orange, earth and funk.
